Heavy Metal / RoE

Nice to see SE have made the supply of Plutons, Beits and Boulders plentiful, but are there any plans to help us get the 1500 Heavy Metal Plates that still hold many of us back?

When VW was popular, this wasn't such an issue (though the droprates made it nowhere near as easy as Plutons), but now no one really does VW any more it's become a real sticking point for anyone wishing to complete an Emp.

It'd be nice if pouches were added to BCNM's like Ark Angels and/or the RoE challenges to increase the supply of these things back to pre-SOA levels. I don't expect them to be handed to me for no effort, I expect a challenge, but the current way sucks (spam VW with whoever you can round up, getting very few procs and hope for the best).
