I recently obtained Reverence Gauntlets +1. It is labeled "Shield Mastery"+10, I went to test out the amount of TP gain I was receiving per shield block and noticed I was only gaining 1 Additional TP per shield block, unlike the +10 it was described in the text. I was testing it throughout various parts of the game, from West Ronfaure to Ru'Aun Gardens, and Abyssea- Altepa to Kamihr Drifts. Furthermore this testing was done without myself having Stoneskin on (Prevents TP gain from Shield blocking) and facing directly at the enemies. I tried using Reverence Gauntlets +1 with my Kaiser Schallar +1 augment "Shield Mastery"+3. I tried using Reverence Gauntlets +1 without Kaiser Schallar +1 augment "Shield Mastery"+3. I was still receiving 1 additional TP per shield block. This is definitely a bug or a text problem.

Steps:
I equipped Reverence Gauntlets +1 and the "Shield Mastery" only gave me 1 additional TP instead of the "+10" as listed in the description.
