Please make Field Tomes the same as Grounds Tomes

I know there aren't many new players in this game anymore, and a lot of people have most of the jobs they want at 99 already. However, there have been a few people coming back and restarting to experience the game again. One thing I've noticed is that the grounds tomes provide a lot more EXP in the long run than field tomes do.

It would be nice if they all provided the same amount of XP, with the same stacking benefits, as it would allow us to level in any zone we want and get the same amount of experience points.

I know it's probably low priority, but perhaps eventually it is something that can be worked in.
