Under maintenance when trying to cancel subscription fee. Any community reps could leave a response in regards to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You'll have to cancel your characters individually through the options list.
I don't know why they changed that, or why the option of canceling the account is still there.

Patiently waiting for my characters to be cancelled. Anyone know how long this process takes? It's been almost 6 hours now. Thanks in advance.

Your characters will remain active until the end of the billing period.
