Steam install broken

Recently the install of the game i had through steam got corrupted. Pol would start up but immediately crash. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it I did the erase pol from the directory and check file integrity but once I log into the game it wont update past pol it wont dl any of the Abysseas expansions it only shows i have up to wings of the goddess. I cant log in on my main character I can log in with my second and third characters but I get a lot of glitches no names above players or npcs. If i go into my mog hosue its just a field of grey and green squares and my moogle has random npcs names or "????" above its head, on top of all that my seekers of adoulin .exe has vanished of my system again and seeing as its past 30 days since i last downloaded it i cant re download it.

Guess ill just cancel my account after 9 years since there no sense in paying for something i cant play nor can get help in doing so.
