[Suggestion] Spotlights

I believe that adding a spotlight function to the game would be really good idea.

What this would do for the people who haven't experienced a spotlight is, Bring new life and motivation for old areas and content.

Basically what a possible spotlight and taking into consideration some lore (for those types)
It would work similar to a fourth extra kupower telling everyone that that part of the game is in spot light.

The messages could be like;
An astral storm is brewing, for Aht Urgaan areas
Red Moon is visible(although not really), for abyssea
A commet is passing by, for WOTG and past areas
The crystal is sparkling, for cop
dimensional rift, for VW and basically the regular zones

While the spot light for the area is active what it would do is give small boosts to the features available there motivating players to do them.

The possible effects could be;
Obligatory increased conquest,allied note, imperial standing...maybe cruor
Increased drop rate (maybe th+1)
Maybe increased exp?
3 assault tags a day instead of one?
increased frequency of Besieged, campaign, bastion
maybe increased time for dyna and or abyssea


Although i can't really decide on what bonuses for each areas? to give I'm sure some people will chime in with good suggestions. But the point is that doing something like this will motivate old players to do older content/ finish backlog, and convince new players to do old content instead of skipping it for delve gear.
