Please make Battuta recast time to 3 or 4min.....

I know SE expecting RUN to be another tank and this ability is the stepping stone in making it happen, but giving it a 1:30 duration while waiting another 3:30 for it to recast on higher tier mobs will pose a problem in certain situations. If the time is reduced while keeping the duration as it is, I think ppl will enjoy RUN much more especially these new mobs that are coming out using a specific element attack. It would be the go do job for tanking, but that just me. I would like to hear other ppls thoughts on it.

Or increase the duration to 2min or 2:30....idk. Really want this job to be useful.

What do we know about merit group 2 category?

That's right everything in the merit group 2 category ends up on an augmented relic +2 piece, so I would anticipate a "+10 seconds per merit" augment on it (If SE ever listens to our feedback that they keep saying that they want). This would of course make it 2:20 duration, and much closer to the mark.
