Mog bonanza Rank 4 prize

I traded my bonanza marble for a rank 4 prize called redeyes and instead got ONE angelwing. I double checked with another character that had the same winning number and angelwings was NOT part of the rank 4 list. I want my redeyes not some cheap firework fix this bug and give me what's mine.
