Celennia Memorial Library? how does it work?

I have done the quest that lets you read the books but the update notes say you can gain rewards. Anyone know hot it all works?

Complete the quest "Order Up" to get the wildskeeper rewards. Quest info is on ff xi or bg wiki.

I have done that quest already. I want to know how you gain the rewards after.
