though it's only ideas, but if you have some of your Own. please Pitch in :D

And the Upgrade
Sanctified Mace

DMG :46 Delay:324 MP+50 MND+4 VIT+2

Possible Augment

Trial #1 : Cure Potency +5% Haste +2%
Trial #2 : Enhances "Banish" Effect (duration on def. upon undead will increase by 15 sec.
Trial #3 : Increase Divine Magic By 10
Trial #4 : New Weapon Skill "Mutter Kussen" <Meaning: "Mother's Kiss">
"Grants Regen to all Party Members within area of Effect, Duration and effect of regen Varies with TP."

If our AF weapon gets upgrades, I want curepot equal to the magian staff upgrades.

Doing that would give us a small benefit (shield) and exclusivity, without being unbalanced to the other jobs on the staff.

These would be cool, but I threw away all of my AF weapons about 2 days before SE made them storable...
