I had to make this post in wondering why SE thinks that was the best idea they ever come up with. Why place a Locus behind an area when NO ONE does Reives in Cirdas Cavern. Im trying to understand this cause I want to complete the scout's coalition survey's quest yet I can't cause it's impossible to do solo.
If u asking I should gather ppl...NO I don't want to waste my time shouting on something they most likely isn't gonna do nor should other ppl as well.
Im hoping that they would move the Reives to another location to rectify it, but who knows.

There are lots of examples such as this... it's not even a question of "work" as Volarione so misguidedly put it... there are quests and stuff that require you to get past Reives that are up 99% of the time in zones that have very little to no traffic through them...
How do you propose people trying to do this quest (which is otherwise soloable) get past these Reives Volarione? Should we shout for 12 or so hours desperately trying to get an alliance together so we can touch a ??? on the other side? I don't even think a random alliance would be enough to get through some of them... In my experience the Reives in these zones are much more difficult that those in Ceizak, and even Reives in that zone remain untouched for the majority of the typical day... -

Im saying instead of trying to solo everything you should get a linkshell get some friends and actually DO SOMETHING WITH OTHER PEOPLE. its an MMO not a single player rpg, and yet all people want to do is complain they cant solo stuff, get over it.

06-04-2013, 12:50 PMDemon6324236I play with other people, but like everything else in every other MMO, if people are not willing to do something with you, you can not force them, and playing with other people can not be done when the other people do not want to play with you, or do what you are wanting to do. No one wants to do this, anyone could probably ask me and I would say no because its pointless for me and out of my way, its not just that, but other quests offer the same rewards basically and are much easier to do without bringing a hoard of people along.Quote:

99% of us have an LS... The average server on this game has 1-3k ppl online at any given point in a day and the average LS, at least from my experience, only has about 12 people that are actually there and not AFK in town... Now, of those 12 people, let's assume that all of them want to help you go get that cutscene that they personally don't need (extremely unlikely)... 12 people isn't always enough to get through the Reives in these areas...
As a side note: You know there's something very wrong with the design plan when a quest actually encourages a player to go AFK for a bit while your character rests on an island... just saying... -

This isn't the only rieve blocking a quest in these lightly traveled areas. Either they move them to a section where people will have to take them down or give us an item like the miasma item in abby attowha to clear the rieve or be plopped to the other side. The item would only work in these zones and for these quest blocking rieves.

Say what you want. I'm just sick of people bitching that they want to solo everything my link shell actually does things together hell we had a full alliance last week just killing the stuff for one member to beat glavoid. Does it need to be made a bit easier? Maybe but you should NOT be able to solo it.
