Geo-colure spell cast times.

Doing testing regarding the cast times for Geomancer, the cast time bar for Geo-colure spells reaches 100% in a second or two, while the spell itself finishes casting at the normal 8 seconds.

I acquired the Geo-colure spell Geo-Poison (as the obtain all spells option from the GM Moogle did not work correctly), and then cast it on a Goblin Fisher. I remained casting for almost 6 seconds (I was /rdm for fast cast) after the cast time bar became 100% about 1.5 seconds after casting. Several seconds after the actual cast went off, the poison effect from the spell took effect.

Edit: This is also the case for Indi-colure spells. The bar raises to 100%, and the casting animation finishes about a second later.

Has anyone else had this problem? I think it may be a bug.
