Steps:
1. Talk to Curilla in Chateau d'Oraguille
2. Go to Cathedral in Northern San d'Oria
3. Speak with Pegisalis and obtain a square of velvet cloth, trading it with the alter.
4. Receive Key Item: Old Boots, return to Curilla.
5. Travel to Crawlers' Nest and obtain a Nest Chest Key using it the open a Treasure Chest to obtain Key Item: Crawler Blood
6. Optional: Return to Curilla after obtaining Crawler Blood to watch a cutscene.
6. Find ??? point in I-10 of Crawlers' Nest and click on it.

It should have a message that the boots and blood have been buried. For some reason it's not taking and just giving me the "Nothing of Interest Here". I wish I knew why. I have all the necessary key items, I even tried to go back and talk to Curilla, after I got the blood, for the cutscene, didn't even get that.

Ignore this, apparently I was clicking the wrong ??? mark, go figure. No issue except my brain. ^_^
