If you have the Collection Seekers Edition, then you can install it from that. You could also buy it if you do not have a copy yet. There are other ways to get it just the ones you are missing but....all I will say is google is your friend.
At this time the only new distribution available for those missing expansions is the Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection, Seeker’s Edition. When you download and install this version, it will include all the expansion installations and the base game. It will also come with a registration code to register to your account if you have not yet updated your account to include Seekers of Adoulin.
