It's not a seperate button for heat weather. But heat weather was not previously included in the weather effects for some reason. -

So they should of say we fixed the following bug. The way the said it made it sound like they added another option into the menu.

I couldn't find it anywhere, but I then wondered if hot weather was never linked to the weather effect setting, and now it is and that's what they are saying. shrug maybe someone forgot to load it up for update day.
