I had a question about it. The hat and shirt come with it no matter where you get it from right? So if I buy it from amazon I should still get the codes?

Is the price dropped to $10 yet? When is the fire sale coming? $40 is a bit steep for charging this 10% content expansion.

$40 is for the ultimate collection, not the expansion only.

And you're smoking something, because there's tons of content.
