Amorph trial locations

Anyone have any good locations for killing EP amorphs where there is earth weather? I'm trying Mount Z. but someone made the Apkallu hostile, so I end up having to zone an Apkallu or two and it's really slowing me down.

the clots there work as well, in case you weren't aware.

Garlaige Citadel [S] gets seasonal earth weather. There's a hallway with 6 or 7 rooms with one slime each. Think it's the hall up with Banishing gate 3 (run around right from first fortifications room, watch out for bat aggro and a doomed--will see one slime on the way there also). Pretty nice camp if soloing/duoing--run down one side of the hallway killing them, then kill them on the way back out. Depending on your kill rate, you may find the first one is about to repop when you finish the last one. When I did it for SMN staves, it was a constant supply of mobs.

Thanks for the reply, but after I posted this, the person responsible showed up and started killing them again, so I've just left and will do my trial when the Apkallu hate dies down.

Are you doing a trial that requires your pet to kill the monster? Otherwise, why don't you just join into a Bostaunieu Oubliette party on Earth Day and get it done in like 30 minutes?

That or Abyssea Worm parties.

I got it done, I didn't want to join a party just to do a trial then leave them. Felt wrong. lol

It's a constant party and people come and go all the time. They'd be happy to have you as it causes their kill speed to go up, albeit momentarily.

Nah, that's pretty common and acceptable nowadays. It's not like the old days when you needed a firm 6 and any one guy leaving left the rest of the party in the lurch.
