Coalition Voting Adjustment, Please.

Anyone who's been actively participating in the rank-ups of Coalitions knows this.

TONS of people don't know what to vote for -- so they just spam enter through the dialogue. My server at least, every rank up has had the vote succeed for the first thing on the list.

That's not very productive for a democracy-ish system.

My suggestion is very simple and would fix a lot of the issues:
Make the list randomize so the same vote isn't always on top.

What will this do?
People will still spam enter through it, however, the people who are mass-voting in one section will be more noticable.

Let's take an example that I'm going to pull out of thin air:
If 90% of the server is spamming enter through it, voting for Option #1, while 10% of the server is voting for Option #2 because they feel that upgrade is more worthwhile, you simply have a 90% vote and 10% vote.

Now take my suggestion, Option #1, Option #2, and Option #3 will all have 30% votes from the enter spammers, and if the same 10% voted for Option #2, it would be 30%/40%/30%. In short, the "voice" of the votes will pull through, even with people spamming enter through the dialogue.
