Time stamps and who last poster was

It would be very nice to have a time stamp on the list of threads for each thread. Also who the last poster was.
I would also like the tag at the bottom that says something about going back to last menu not taking us to japanese forum. Nothing about that forum but its such a pain to go to google translate for every post! j/k but it would be nice to go back to same language forum. :D

It would also be nice to be able to filter out search results that are written in languages I don't understand.
