WHM Barspell duration reduced?

I noticed today while doing Salvage that my WHM's Baraera duration was down to somewhere between 2:30 and 3:00 minutes, instead of the 5:00 minutes that it was previously (with sufficient Enhancing skill). I was not under a level restriction or anything else that would have caused Enhancing skill to be reduced below what it previously was.

On the other hand, Boost-STR was still at its usual maximum of 5:00 minutes duration under the same circumstances.

Was this an intended or unintended change to Barspells? I do not recall seeing any mention of Barspell changes in the recent patch.

1) Casted Baraera
2) Noticed it wears off approximately 2:30-2:40 later, instead of 5:00 like before

(Enhancing Magic was capped, I believe it was approximately at 438 with equipment boosts.)

Prior to the March 2013 version update, I know that the duration of Barspells such as Baraera would have their duration increase up to a maximum of 5:00 minutes with sufficient Enhancing Magic skill, and this is how long my Barspells were lasting.

But instead, last night in Silver Sea Remnants, I noticed that they were lasting approximately half as long; somewhere between 2:30 and 2:40 instead.

Another spell with previously similar duration, Boost-STR, was observed to still last for 5:00 minutes. This issue seems to only affect Barspells.
