Can not receive Geo-Precision and will this glitch be fixed so we can get Geo-Precision? cause all it says it "There is nothing out of the ordinary Here.":mad:
SE has confirmed that the geomantic reservoir for geo-precision is bugged in the sense that you currently have to be level 19 or above to learn it, instead of the intendef level of 14.
In addition, I've also read on other forums that people couldn't learn the spell even at level 19 unless thunder weather was present in Konschtat Highlands. I can't prove or disprove that thunder weather is required because thunder weather was up when I clicked on the reservoir at level 19 and learned the spell.
My suggestion is get to level 19 and click the reservoir again. If it gives you the same fail message wait until thunder weather is up and click it again.
EDIT: The notes for the April 2, 2013 version update indicate the level glitch has been fixed.
