I read a while back that they maybe considering changes on this. been out of game a while and would like to get to lv 99.
I know the old argument its too hard or too easy but being stuck at lv 95 is frustrating to be honest, have main job pld sub war trying lv up RUN atm.
Im not to interested in end game bits too much but i would like to hit lv 99 and gain merits so just wondering if any changes talked about in past on the quest?

[dev1095] Limit Break Quest "Beyond Infinity" Adjustments
- The effect of the Olde Rarab Tail item has been altered.
- Effect duration has been extended.
- Your opponent will be inflicted with Terror during this time.
- Your opponent will not unleash weapon skills immediately after the effect wears off.
It's pretty easy since the Olde Rarab Tail lasts quite a while now and instead of running around in circles, he just sits there like a punching bag. Grab some DDs that have their weapon skills levels actually skilled up and farm some tails and he should go down pretty fast. Even easier if you get some 99s to help.

You also need to grab 5 other people, which can be difficult depending on which server and what time. One of the 3 items needed for rarab tail is from mobs in Boyahda, which is not easy to solo. But the farming does not take hours if you bring thief.
A 99 MNK with decent gear and skills can take the boss down in less time than the tail lasts. Albeit just lol.
Best place to farm the items for tail are The Dangruf for Stones + Fang
And the back end of the Rangemont Pass on the floating eyes for the bone.
Both the bone and the fang can be bazaar bought/sold. But some people are greedy and want too much for it.
Having said that a guy has given me both for free before when I found him listed as selling on AH.com. And I only wanted them that day for a mule. So there are some decent people around too.
the olde rarab tail is no longer Rare, and stack, you can make a few and solo it
I like to see them remove the ones at 50 55 60 65 and 70 then just keep the ones at 75 80 85 90 and 95. The one at 95 is a bit of a pain but all in all it's not that bad. I would just like to level an alt without a genkai until 75.
