Still having problems getting Destrier Beret!

Hello, I am still experiencing issues trying to get my destrier beret. It's been months and i have still not yet recieved it. I checked my account on the management page, and it shows that the reward code has been registered, but the NPC in game will not give the item. I tried to log out/back in, still has not worked. I also paid for another code when Adoulin came available, and when i tried to enter that code for the character i wanted the beret on, it would not let me register it to that account because the other code was registered to that account. When can i get my destrier beret?
