Choco Shirt and Beret Codes??

Anyone Still not receive their codes...? I pre-ordered the collection, i got the game and the free music... but no code for the items yet... anyone else have this predicament?

u got screwed mate. email digitial river to let them know they f'd up.

I have not received my item codes either. It has happened to others unfortunately but SE is aware of it.

Only real recourse apart from waiting is to call Digital River and inquire about it. Hope this is of some answer if not help.
