SoA EU Version Purchase - Where can I buy this? No link on PoL EU web site

SE, where is the "Purchase Now" link for the EU version of SoA? The JP page has a link, the US page has a link, the EU page has no info whatsoever on how to purchase.

I'd like to buy now, in fact I've been trying to for a week, to be prepared, as I know your servers will crash from the load and it will be impossible to do on the day of release.
