Linkshells - Its About Time To Have Update!

You good people of SE, please reopen this possibility:

As a linkshell leader for several years (alexander and now shiva), it saddens me that pearlsacks that leave the group return only to kick innocent people causing drama and chaos.

I would like a system implemented in two or three possibilities:

1) Should a member not wear his pearlsack for a predetermined amount of time, it automatically turns into a pearl. (Maybe 7 days at most)

2) When a person unsubscribes from FFXI for any reason, their pearlsacks are turned into pearls.

3) Give linkshell leader ability to dismiss altogether even if pearl is not worn, or at least the ability to turn them into pearls.

Please consider this request. The linkshell system has been broken since the beginning in this manner. Please fix, or find an alternative to the above methods. Thanks for reading!
