Synergy Questions.

Synergy's been a wonderful new experience for me since its introduction to Vanadiel, but a few questions remain. Along with this I'll say: I understand Synergy is supposed to be "new and crazy" and it's up to us, the adventurers, to discover the mechanics on our own but... some extra hints from the FFXI team would be really nice, especially where permanent allocation of points is involved.

1. "The [element] Combustion Rate has returned to normal." - I'm not entirely sure what that means. Every time you feed a mote of fewell into the furnace it makes a remark about the current combustion rate for a specific element. What are the exact mechanics of proc'ing messages like this? How do you maintain elevated Combustion Rates? I can only get my furnace to alternate from "improved slightly" to "back to normal."

2. "Straighter Silhouette" - I've seen speculations about this message indicating a higher chance of HQs and some others claiming that it heals the Synergy Furnace. Any insight?

3. Furnace Repair - At level 2 repair it takes an unreasonable amount of Light Fewell to bring a furnace's HP up by a marginal amount. What other factors affect Furnace Repair? Is it worth putting my last two points into the skill?

4. Internal Pressure - The current accepted theory is that pressure only affects the damage received from explosions. Is Internal Pressure linked to anything else? Quality of feeds? Cinder Received? Durability Decrease Over Time? Durability Decrease from Explosions?

5. Leaks - Are leaks completely by chance or can they be prevented? This goes hand in hand with my question about Internal Pressure -- does a high internal pressure increase the likelihood of a leak?
