Server Transfer

I put in my server transfer yesterday, and it still isn't completed. My SEID page shows Bahamut, but when I log in it is still Fenrir. Help?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I contacted live support and was told that I'd have to speak with a GM in-game. So I called the help desk and I'm waiting... Here's hoping they'll actually respond when I'm online.

Edit: Finally received a tell from a GM who was able to transfer my characters manually. Easy enough fix, just a waiting game.

Its actually a fairly common issue (it happened to me too on one of my characters when I moved from shiva). All it takes is a quick call to GM and they manually suspend your account for 10 min and transfer you over
