Event cool-down timers menu.

Looking for feedback on the possibility of having an event cool-down timer menu. A tab in the main menu where you can see your event cool-downs, voidstones, pheromone sacks, and assault tags(other things too of course. Too many to list). I have seen it in a few other games and it's very convenient to have.

Would it be possible given the current limitations of the system to implement something like this? Even something in the menu you could click and receive the NPC dialog from the respective event would work. Thoughts?
