Rounsey Wand Bug

My Rounsey Wand does not work on one of my characters. When I equip it and try to use it once the timer is ready, the bar stops going part of the way through and does not work. This has occurred multiple times even though the timer is ready. This is only on one character, Bruinbear. The Rounsey Wand I have on my other character works fine. The GMs told me to post in Technical Support. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Rounsey Wand has the requirement that your character has actually entered the Chocobo Circuit at least once.

Will double check but pretty sure I have.
