I have just reinstalled the entire game with Zilart CoP Aht Urgan and Wings of the goddess.
In the main menu screen Zilart is grey! I have tried reinstalling it and reupdating and that has not worked. I also checked my account and zilart is still registered.
Any ideas?
What are you reinstalling from? Ultimate Collection or some such? And PC, I assume?
Is Rise of the Zilart listed under Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features ?

Have you tried a file check within the POL Viewer?
Yeah i did it for POL and FFXI
All I can think of right now is uninstalling everything, and then installing things one at a time.
Install just the core game, log in, update, make sure it works.
Install Rise of the Zilart on top of that, log in, update, make sure it works.
Install Chains of Promathia on top of that, log in, update, make sure it works.

If you have only the core game and Zilart installed, and you still have Rise of the Zilart grayed out, then the problem is definitely Rise of the Zilart.
Yeah i just did a full uninstall and deleted everything and reinstalled everything and updated and still not working...i will try what you said now and do it one expansion at a time lol...yay fun
Oh and i even tried using a different Zilart file this time...same effect
To add to the confusion it is doing the exact same thing on my laptop too
