unable to log into forum

Ok, I am trying to enter the mog house decorating contest. In order to do that I need to be able to post in the forums. I am using my husbands account now to see if anyone has a suggestion for me to try. When i go to the forums, it says "you are not logged in, to log in use the Squenix button at the top right"... ok so i do that.. enter my info, and it redirects me back the the forums with a box full of japanese text and a message that says you are not logged in etc. When my husbang does the same thing, after he logs into squenix account it says "redirecting to forums" and then he is logged into the forum and able to post. Ive spent HOURS on the phone with squenix tech support and they say they cant provide support for the forums. Anyone encountered this problem? Have any suggestions?
