Is oscar scarf named after the muppet? Like it drops off contaminated coliseum, and he kinda looks like a malboro. It only makes sense.

translation is a bit quirky for sure. consider that coif is not a hat but hair but that is definitely a hat.

Oscar the Grouch? Sesame Street Oscar? If it is, it's a really bad reference. He didn't have a scarf nor did he have a bad breath gag.

Now how bout Fantastic Fraulein Mumor? That was a Sailor Moon reference if I ever saw one.
