Log in problems

I'm having an issue where I can play the game on the PC, but I also wanted to play it on my xbox 360. When I log into the xbox 360 playonline viewer though, with the same details, it says I have the wrong usernamer/password combination. I've checked the details so many times, and I just want to know if there is any thing I can do. :\.

Just an update, now I can't even sign in using the correct account and password on my PC. I was just playing this a couple of hours ago too. :\.

I'd call the help desk post haste. That's exactly the kind of behavior you'd see if someone stole your account and changed the password.
