Skill Up

Maybe it was mentioned before and probably many have complained but its rather boring having to skill up...they should make the process more steady, it just seems its rather random as it always was. Skilling up process should be faster just as EXPing has become faster.

Possibly add more weapons that are like "Quint spear" polearm, occasionally attack # to # times. Add a double skill up campaign, not just for EXP. EXP is easy to come by its the skill ups that consume time after. I have been skilling up Scythe for a week now with very few skill ups. There have been mobs I would get no skill ups from at all and its mobs I had skilled up previously just fine with other weapons.

If you think skilling weapons is bad, try skilling summoning magic......

Best you can do with melee weapons is to procure a pocket BRD/WHM. Double March+Haste it up in Abyssea with some Triple Attack atma. Perpetual Hundred Scythes/Spears/Axes/Staves Mode: Engage!

For magic skillups, anything that targets a Decent Challenge+ enemy is better than an ally (or yourself).

Obvious knowledge and all...but I agree skillups are a pain sometimes.

Instruments/Summoner/Enhancing Magic all capped, it didn't seem too bad. I am tempted to try and get the rings/earrings but when I ask people if they say a difference they say no. I have tried skill up food and had it wear off with very little to gain, they should at least make food last 1 hour. I try to do most of my skill ups when Martial Master is active till Abyssea. I also read that Counter does not give skill ups anymore but Retaliation still works. I am not trying to say they should only fix this for combat skills they should as well fix it for magic. When you compare it to how fast you level, you spend more time skilling up.

i think thats the price you pay for being able to level up so fast! im ok with it.
