"Total Recall" graphics glitch

Platform: PlayStation 2
Frequency: Only tried once
Area and Coordinates: Norg
Steps:
1. (Re-)watch the Rise of the Zilart event "Total Recall"
2. Towards the end, the half-naked Galka kneeling on the floor will have a glowing cloud appear next to his head.
3. That glowing cloud is actually where his (glowing) left hand will be after his final transformation (i e. his "magic immunity" effect in his post-transformation form).
4. The glowing effect probably shouldn't be present until after the transformation, after his hand is actually there.
