Question on deleting a character

If I delete my main character the one that is registered and make a new one do I have to register the new one as well and if so how do I do that?

Just make sure you "delete character", rather than "delete content ID". The former just clears off an old character, the second would force you to start from scratch. Re-registering isn't required.
