Melee to magic JA idea.

Pierce: RDM L30, duration 1 minute, recast 5 minutes (300 seconds).

Your next spell, if it is a damaging or enfeebling magic is converted into a melee-delivered attack (as per Enspell effects, and overwrites them- Enspell-like effects cast after Pierce will overwrite it in turn). Consumes weapon TP available at casting of spell to enhance magic accuracy and potency. Effect is lost if user unequips current weapon. Spell is delivered on next melee hit- misses retain the "charge" until the weapon strikes a target or Pierce expires. Pierce-delivered spells will magic burst on a skillchain.

Add "Enhances Pierce effect" to Fencing Degen. (Treats TP booster effect as 10% higher.). Heck, throw it on a few other weapons for good measure that lack anything special in the L50-99 range, like the Musketeer's Sword, Royal Guard's Flueret, Wise Wizard's Anelace, etc. etc.

Job trait: Warlock L50 : reduce Pierce recast to 2:00.
Job trait: Duelist L70 : reduce Pierce recast to 1:30.
Job trait: Estoquer L90: reduce Pierce recast to 1:00.
