Steps:
It is reccomended to do this vs low lv (compared to the player) monsters in order to eliminate the possibility of multi attacks from occuring during testing.
Step 1) Have thf as a Subjob
Step 2) Be sure you are behind the monster at this point.
Step 2) Use the Job ability Sneak attack
Step 3) Attack or use a weaponskill on the target monster. Damage will be above the expected amount as several years ago Square Enix removed the dexterity bonus to sneak attack when used as a subjob.
