[EU] The Starlight Celebration Issue Resolved (Dec. 19)

During the following time period, we experienced an issue wherein the NPCs for “The Starlight Celebration” event did not appear properly and prevented players from obtaining the items “Poele Classique”, “Kanonenofen” and “Pot Topper”.
