Relics and level sync

I was under the impression that when you level synced (75+) with a relic that you would still get the relic benefits. I was hoping to do some level capped fights with my relics but unfortunately when they tuned relics for sync they only adjusted the the ability to use the weaponskill. With Excalibur i gain 7 att (out of 20 it had at 75), and do not gain the benefit of relic procs or the added effect proc.

I don't expect a solution to this, as I am sure I am one of very few that are doing any level capped content, but I just wanted to rant and thought I would pass the information along to anyone looking for it.

It's scaled..... the proc is only accesible after completing the level 75 content thus it's a 75+ item, SE stated the system was made to scale down weapons to what it would be like at that level... regardless how much str i have on, i'll still only have +1-2 str when i level sync to 1 if that....


I could only imagine how OP gugnir would be....
