Recast timer seems incorrect

I just tried to use both Benediction and Asylum as a WHM on the test server.

The Benediction did work, and the recast on it is 1 hour.

The Asylum did appear to work, and the effect did last the 30 seconds. However, the recast of Asylum appeared to be only 5 seconds. It was a separate timer as it appears it should be, but I am under the impression it should also be 1 hour, not 5 seconds.

I have not tried any other new SP 2 ability to see if the same problem occurs. It would not surprise me if it does, since the older SP 1 timer (previously 2 hours) is shared across all jobs and all of those 2 hour abilities.

In order to make it easier to test all of these new special abilities, we have set the cool down timers to 10 seconds.
