Legion: Paramount monsters lotto

Would it be possible to make the wave 2 Mul paramounts a lottery in the lesser halls after wave 3? Like if you make it to wave 4 or higher in Hall of An Paramount Harpy has a chance to pop instead of Lofty, Paramount Naraka lotto off Soaring Naraka etc? Would give more reason to do more then wave 1 in some halls for trophy, usually i just kill wave 1 An and only Zilant on wave 2 for fulad. Would be cool to see Paramounts in the lesser halls instead of just once per Mul.
