Addle annimation bug?

I encountered this more than once, on more than one NM, but mostly from the wyrm NM Azdaja: In the event this NM casts a spell, mostly an AoE elemental spell (such as stonega IV) it would cast the spell and my party and I would take damage as normal, however, the annimation for the spell looked like the spell "Addle".
