We appreciate your bringing this to our attention. Please be aware, however, that there may be a reason your healing is not effective. I would advise checking Community Sites for hints. You may also wish to check your character's progress, inventory, and equipped items.

I'm still having this issue after multiple tries, I'll make a new post with more information and screen shots like requested.
By any chance were you wearing an Accursed Belt? It prevents you from getting cured.
Yes that was the reason, sorry I should have put in more research. Silly me >_<
