Carbuncle has alot, about 1/2 JP though. seems like most of the NA are elitists so its hard to find a group to just have fun with.

I understand there is a server that is pretty pvp heavy, one jp heavy, and one infested with rmt, i cant for the life of remember where I read this, or if that's remotely accurate, but, knowing what kind of player, person you are could help? I've only played in hades, and am a refugee in cerebrus, but I think they took us in as well as they could.... It's a good mix of jp, na, eu players, we've people from round the globe with sacks, .... I like to think of cerebrus as one of the more new player friendly servers, but lack any real experience to say so factually..... I know i wouldnt trade anyone one of our worst players for any other servers worst, im not sure if that's saying much, but I honestly can't think of a terrible experience with any total strangers...... (Not to sure they would say the same of me but meh.....)

Asura has the largest English speaking community and is a highly populated server. Hard as hell to get a good ls but if your patient you will find one.
