We killed and Yellow triggered Ovni seven times in the last few hours. with no drops other then the crap no trigger drops. Got a key once and Augur's Jaseran.. when we didnt trigger yellow.
I have killed this NM many times in the past normaly with yellow trigger you will get one or both of the +2 items (Card of Voyage) and (Stone of Voyage)

It's called bad luck and Ovni's +2 are unaffected by yellow, it's normal drop if I remember correctly. Try Thief.

Unfortunately, as Komori mentioned, neither item you mentioned is a guaranteed drop and there is a luck factor involved in many drops in the game. Based on your description of this situation, this is an in-game mechanic functioning properly and therefore cannot be addressed here.
