Atma of the Ultimate

I defeated Proto-Ultima a couple years ago at least a few times. I got lucky enough to get the claw and ultimately the Nashira Gage's. I however cannot get Atma of the Ultimate.

Couple of things:

Made sure you went to the right zone to buy it?

Not sure if it was true of Ultima, but could it be that you killed it before a potential title was added for the win?

I've checked all the zones. I wouldn't guess that the title wasn't granted because I can get the Atma of the Alpha and Omega.

I am just frustrated. I know I can go back and do it again, but I've already done it. Plus it would take some time to get the right chips/etc.
