Goetia Gloves +1/2

Hello!

These armors in the NA version appear to have a substantial Localization Error, in that the NA version is the only one that claims they do anything to Enmity Douse.

NA BLMs wasted quite a bit of time trying to figure out what this one does. It's disappointing to find out that it was just an error.
