Embrava and Blue Magic

When a SCH casts Embrava on me, I have seen them stack it with Haste, Refresh, Regen, and whatever their other spell is that gives regain.

However, as a blue mage, when I attempt to stack Animating Wail or Battery Charge with the Embrava effect, it tells me it "has no effect." I did not have Refueling or Regeneration set at the time to test further.

Is this intentional?

Zone : Abyssea - Altepa (Though seems to be any)

My Job : 99BLU/48SCH
Friend : 99SCH/49WHM

To Recreate Issue:
1. Have scholar cast embrava on everyone.
2. Have blue mage attempt to cast Animating Wail (self or diffusion).
3. Have scholar cast haste instead.

While embrava is up, blue magic buffs will not stack, but white magic ones apparently will.

I would imagine it's an error on their part. I can't see the reasoning as it uses the same Haste icon and ID as the spell.
